If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 5 days and we will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase. All returned items must be in unused original condition and packaging. We will NOT accept merchandise which has been worn or damaged. Refunds & exchanges will be issued once we receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Will you monogram items not purchased through Ella Couture? TOP
Yes, we are a monogramming business too! We will monogram anything you need personalized! (Bags, totes, purses, apparel for babies/children/adults, blankets, burp cloths, golf accessories, home decor/linens, etc.)
Whether you are an individual or a company, we want your monogramming business. Businesses, please contact us directly for quotes.
How long does it take to complete a custom order? TOP
Typically a special order will take up to 7-15 business days. The time frame depends on what materials are needed, if they need to be ordered, and how many orders are placed before yours. We can give you a more definite date of completion at the time of your order. Custom work begins only after payment has been received in full. Thank you for understanding.
If you need something ASAP, then please contact us via email or phone and request a RUSH ORDER. (Rush orders are an additional 20% of your order total)

Orders are currently being shipped between 7-15 business days. Large orders may possibly take longer. If you need your order sooner, please contact us to see if we are able to accomodate you.
~WHY THE RANGE IN SHIPPING TIME?~
Shipping time will depend on the size of your order, our current work load at the time, and the availability of the items ordered.
Often we will be able to get small orders out quickly, within 5 business days. Larger orders may take the full 15 business days in some instances longer. Very Large Orders may take a bit longer to ship

We carefully package our products to ensure they are protected on their journey! We cannot, however, and will not be responsible for them once they leave our hands. Proof and confirmation of a delivered package is enough proof to assume costumer's package was indeed delivered and received.
Insurance is optional, but recommended for $1.50 for every $50. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation for your peace of mind.

How do I wash my Custom Couture Apparel made of 100% 7 ounce cotton? TOP
To prevent fading, please wash all apparel with woolite and cold water. Gentle Cycle. Lay flat to dry. Warm iron if needed.
